As the Project Manager for Social Media Marketing, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our social media campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of social media projects, from conceptualization to implementation and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful social media marketing projects and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for each campaign.

Campaign Execution:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments as needed.

Content Development and Management:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.

Audience Engagement and Community Building:

  • Foster community engagement through social media interactions, discussions, and user-generated content.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media following.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.

  2. Strategic Thinker and Analytical Skills: The role demands a strategic approach to social media marketing. Candidates will undergo an evaluation of their strategic thinking, analytical skills, and capacity to leverage data-driven insights. This ensures that our project manager can make informed decisions to optimize social media campaigns for maximum impact.
  3. Effective Communication and Client Interaction: Strong communication skills are paramount for a social media project manager. We will assess candidates’ ability to effectively communicate ideas, provide clear project updates, and interact with clients. This ensures a seamless flow of information within the team and fosters positive client relationships.
  4. Project Planning and Execution Excellence: Candidates will be evaluated on their project planning and execution capabilities.
